All individuals working with or representing Happy Kids Foundation must:

– Reporting Concerns: Any concerns or suspicions about child abuse must be reported to the designated Child Safeguarding Officer (CSO) without delay.
– Confidentiality: All reports will be treated confidentially, and only those directly involved in the investigation will have access to information.
- Responding to Reports
– Investigation: The CSO will conduct a thorough and impartial investigation of the reported concern.
– Action: Appropriate actions, including contacting local authorities and providing support to the affected child, will be taken based on the investigation’s findings.
– Support: The foundation will offer support to the affected child and their family throughout the process.
- Training and Awareness
– Training: All staff and volunteers will receive regular training on child safeguarding policies and procedures.
– Awareness: The foundation will promote awareness of child safeguarding issues and the importance of protecting children among all stakeholders.
- Monitoring and Review
– Ongoing Monitoring: The Child Safeguarding Officer will continuously monitor safeguarding practices and ensure compliance with the policy.
– Regular Review: This policy will be reviewed annually and updated as necessary to reflect changes in legislation and best practices.
